The parent company bwin Interactive Entertainment AG is 100% owner of its operating subsidiaries, e.g. bwin International Ltd., bwin Games AB and bwin Italia S.R.L. For a complete list of consolidated affilated companies (subsidiaries) please see Annual Report 2008 (p. 35).



bwin Interactive Entertainment AG’s other interests include:

50% of bwin e.K., Neugersdorf, Germany, as an atypical silent partner, since April 2002

  • 19.7% of retail bookmaker Betbull Holding SE (formerly betbull plc.), publicly listed since October 2004
  • 80% of bwin Mexico S.A. since March 2006
