APOEL Nikosia
APOEL Nikosia, Greek athletics and football club, is one of the most historic sporting clubs in Cyprus. Since being founded in 1926, the club has won 84 significant trophies in football, basketball and volleyball.
Great traditions and immense success have made APOEL one of the most popular clubs on the island – a perfect basis for a bwin partnership. APOEL has been Cypriot basketball champion eight times since 1976 and has taken the league cup eleven times and the Supercup a further seven times. The volleyball team has enjoyed similar successes, taking six league titles and five cup victories.
