What the Monte Carlo street circuit is to Formula 1, the Hahnenkamm race from Kitzbühel is to the Ski World Cup: jet-setting, glamour and a technically demanding course that pushes participants to the limit!
This was once again the case from January 20 to 22, 2006: the skiing elite strapped on their boards and entered the high-speed battle for hundredths of seconds. bwin accompanies the exciting contest on start numbers and banners. Michael Walchhofer (downhill skiing), Jean-Pierre Vidal (slalom) and Hermann Maier (super G) triumphed at the end.
In addition, bwin was also a sponsor in the 2005/06 World Cup season at the races in Chamonix, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bad Kleinkirchheim, Cortina d’Ampezzo and Ofterschwang.
