Werder Bremen
In the 2006/07 season, bwin was the jersey sponsor for SV Werder Bremen.
Ever since their victory in the European Cup Winner's Cup in 1992, the North Germans have been among the greats in European club football.
Werder are four times German Champions and have taken the DFB Cup five times. The name Werder Bremen goes hand in hand with Otto Rehhagel. Stars such as Rudi Völler, Wynton Rufer, Andreas Herzog or Karl-Heinz Riedle took the German Champions title under his leadership in 1988 and 1993.
After several coach changes, Thomas Schaaf followed in Rehhagel's footsteps and formed a team which went on to win the "Double" in 2004. In the 2006/07 match season, SV Werder Bremen achieved third place in the Bundesliga and got as far as the semi-finals in the UEFA cup with outstanding players like Torsten Frings and Diego.
